Something happened to me and I lost my confidence and became extremely anxious. I sought help from David. His cosy cabin in his garden became my healing journey. First thing I’ve noticed is my sleep has improved and that’s a game changer. Also dreadful butterflies knotting me up constantly are subsiding. I have one more issue to work on and will do so in time. If anyone is considering hypnotherapy to help with their issues, don’t be afraid. You can talk it through in your initial consultation and go forward from there. It’s a deeply relaxing therapy and you come out feeling utterly refreshed.

I highly recommend David. He was extremely patient with me as relaxing was hard work for me but we got there and it felt amazing to relax. Highly recommend.

This was genuinely one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life. I’ve had therapy on and off for many years and while it’s been helpful, it never quite gave me what I needed.
