A real mix

Lovely client who came in for a consultation that had some issues. The very time I met her, you could tell she was in distress, miserable and downtrodden in how she presented.

The consultation was interesting because this happens a lot, the client presents with an idea of why they are there, but by the end of the consultation, there is quite often other issues going on and some deep rooted from many years ago. So we agreed on a plan of action and a process of dealing with the issues individually in a particular order. Now, this order is really important as quite often when Hypnotherapy is used, one thing is determined by another and if you do it right, one issue has a knock on effect with the others, sometimes resolving an issue identified early on.

Self Esteem

A lovely client booked in for a consultation that on completion determined one main issue. Self Esteem was rock bottom due to personal circumstances.

With the information I had received through our consultation, I then wrote a script based around her self worth in how she sees herself in front of people and a particular person of interest. This was an interesting client, an interesting script to write to incorporate self love and her self worth. Its incredibly rewarding completing a script for someone, and then deliver hypnotherapy using that

The 1st experience

How daunting to complete your hypnotherapy training at last and then go through the process of how you are going to advertise and let people know you have this wonderful therapy available to help people.

My personal journey and experience has led me to this point and no matter how confident you are, no matter what you have experienced in life, nothing will ever prepare you for your very first real life experience in hypnotherapy.
